These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the TradingMadeSimple platform between the operator and the users.

The platform operator is the sole contractual partner. Content creators who provide content on the platform are not contractual partners and are not liable to customers.

TradingMadeSimple offers digital educational content on trading topics, particularly Orderflow, Footprint, and Volume Profile. Access is provided through a web-based platform after successful registration.

The content offered is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial services, or trading recommendations.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful information during registration
• Keep login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Not reproduce or distribute purchased content without consent

All content provided on the platform (videos, texts, graphics, templates) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or made publicly accessible without express permission.

With the purchase of a product, the user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the platform. All prices include the applicable VAT.

For digital content, service delivery begins immediately upon receipt of payment. The user agrees that the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of execution.

Trading financial instruments (including futures) involves significant risks and can lead to total loss of invested capital. The content provided on this platform does not constitute investment advice.

Each user trades at their own risk and is solely responsible for their trading decisions.

The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information provided, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

In particular, no liability is assumed for losses from trading activities based on the content provided.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violation of these terms or abusive use.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered office, insofar as the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
